United States Shipping
Orders are fulfilled from Montana and typically ship within 2 business days, except for preorders, announced closures, or products with a different timeline stated on the product page.
- $5.99 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $50
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more
- Estimated delivery is approximately 5–7 business days after shipment
Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incorrect shipping address.
Partner-Brand Products
Partner-brand inventory sold through Swimming with Confidence is received and fulfilled centrally by Swimming with Confidence from Montana unless a product page states otherwise. The same processing and shipping terms apply.
International Shipping
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Tracking is provided when supported by the carrier.
- Delivery can take up to 4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing.
- Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and related fees are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking and Delivery Problems
You will receive tracking information by email after your order ships. Please confirm that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Report an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect within 7 days of delivery by emailing emily@swimmingwithconfidence.com. Include your order number and photos when applicable. Swimming with Confidence will cover the reasonable shipping cost to resolve an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-order claim.
Returns
Standard return terms are listed in our Return & Refund Policy. To ask about a return, email emily@swimmingwithconfidence.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on ordinary returns.
