If you're not seeing progress or feeling unsure, I’m here to help.

You have 60 days from delivery to reach out for support. I’ll first offer free 1:1 guidance to make sure you and your child have the best chance at success. If it’s still not the right fit, I’ll provide a full refund—no hassle, no pressure.

Other Physical Products

Because of the hands-on nature of swim gear, we’re not able to accept returns on used items—but we absolutely want to help if something’s wrong.

If a product arrives damaged or isn’t working for your child, email me within 7 days of delivery and we’ll figure out the best solution together—whether that’s a replacement or something else that feels fair.


International Orders

At this time, we’re unable to accept returns for international orders due to shipping and customs limitations. But please still reach out if something’s not right. We want every family, everywhere, to feel supported.


Digital Products

All digital guides, PDFs, and video courses are non-refundable once delivered. But if you’re having trouble accessing or using the materials, I’m happy to help.
