If you're not seeing progress or feeling unsure, I’m here to help.
You have 60 days from delivery to reach out for support. I’ll first offer free 1:1 guidance to make sure you and your child have the best chance at success. If it’s still not the right fit, I’ll provide a full refund—no hassle, no pressure.

Standard Returns for Other Physical Products
For eligible physical products other than Swim Lessons in a Box, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Used items and opened personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To start a return, email emily@swimmingwithconfidence.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Please do not send a return before receiving return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on ordinary returns. Swimming with Confidence does not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Report transit damage, defects, or an incorrect item within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos when applicable. Swimming with Confidence will cover the reasonable shipping cost to resolve an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-order claim and will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refund Timing
We will notify you after an approved return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads, PDFs, and video courses after delivery
- International orders, due to shipping and customs limitations
- Used items and opened personal-care products, unless damaged or defective
Partner-Brand Products
Eligible partner-brand products sold through Swimming with Confidence follow the same standard return terms unless a product page clearly states that an item is final sale.
