Megan Kelly is a Utah-based mom of four who left a fast-paced corporate career at one of the world’s largest investment banks to raise her family full-time.

After being diagnosed with pre-diabetes before her first pregnancy and navigating the physical changes of motherhood, Megan became deeply interested in nutrition and long-term health. For over a decade, she studied ingredients, experimented with whole-food preparation, and prioritized nutrient-dense meals for her family.

As her family grew, she realized that while whole-food habits are powerful, families also need practical solutions that fit into busy schedules.
